It is our goal at CrossFit Epidemic to help each member achieve maximum fitness and wellness in the shortest amount of time possible through the methodologies of CrossFit training. Our program involves a different workout everyday, with elements that include weightlifting, power lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular/metabolic conditioning type movements. Our programming is scalable for any person, from the elite athlete to the person who wants to walk or run their first 5K. Through small group classes, coaches are able to maintain sight on all of our athletes goals. We want to see everyone achieve what they really want.

The Treasure Coast United (TCU) Soccer Club U15/16 Boys played in the championship game of the 14^th Annual Melbourne Area Beaches Labor Day Challenge and placed second. Teams from all over Florida competed in the tournament, with intense competition and challenging matches throughout the weekend. TCU players showed remarkable resilience and a competitive spirit equaled by few.

The team plays in the Brevard Youth Soccer League Competitive Division, please check "Upcoming Events" for schedule and game times.

TCU’s U15 Boys 3 v. 3 team finished as runner-up in the 2d Annual Jupiter 3 v. 3 tournament. The team performed well, showing great resolve and determination on their way to the championship round.

Two players from the Ft Lauderdale Strikers, a professional soccer team playing in the NASL, recently visited TCU to participate in a training session. This was a great opportunity for club members to meet and talk to professional athletes up close and personal.
