Academy Philosophy
We are committed to training players between the ages of 5 - 12 in the technical, aspects of soccer in an enjoyable learning environment. Players will be introduced to the skills that will give them confidence to enjoy playing the game of soccer. The staff blends together a wealth of teaching and playing experience that can be matched by few other soccer programs in the region and is dedicated to enthusiastically inspiring players to improve and enjoy the game of soccer, regardless of their level of ability.

Description of the Academy Program
The Academy Program will work on the technical introduction of the basic skills within a fun based controlled environment. Curriculum includes:

• Passing
• Moves to beat a player
• Changing direction
• Control
• Heading
• Throwing
• Finishing
• Defending

Each session will involve short introductions to the skill progressing to its use in appropriate conditioned small sided games.

Children will play with different players and in different teams each week to enhance their learning potential and the rate at which they learn.
