Gibbo who has served as the DOC now for 9 years will remain as committed as ever to the development of players within the club, as the Coerver Southeast USA coaching program will remain TCU’s provider of coaching for the future. The technical skills players have learned at the club over the years, will continue with new staff joining the Coerver Southeast USA coaching team delivering a new structure to the clubs coaching program.
Director of Coerver Southeast USA, Gibbo said “ I look back and feel proud of our achievements, we now have a legacy and a tradition to be built on, thanks for the wonderful kids I have had the pleasure to coach, I will miss you all on a day to day basis, you have become part of my life…………. We will be introducing new staff for the forthcoming season to train the children, all with the continued experience and expertise that has been evident here for the past few years”. It is an exciting time for everyone involved with TCU and with Coerver Southeast USA.
TCU President, Alistair Brown said, “ We have been very fortunate to have had Gibbo here at Treasure Coast United for the last 9 years. We wish him well in his new role but look forward to seeing him back with us as often as his schedule allows. Moving forward we are excited about the new additions to the coaching team that Coerver brings to the club. Under the guidance of Fraser Foster locally we are in great shape to drive the club forward from our current position.”
