Hello to everyone at Treasure Coast United.
I would like to welcome you back to the club for the start of the new season. I believe this is a very exciting period for the club. This is an opportunity to reenergize the training at TCU with the introduction of a proven program and philosophy that will maximize the soccer potential the players possess. I have no doubt that you will see improved individual playing performances from your son or daughter over the course of time; this will then be reflected in team playing performance which will ultimately be reflected in team results.
Over the past few weeks, I have been working with the lead coaches, Tom and Arran, as well the support staff here in Boston, who will be delivering the development program to the players there at TCU. We have covered many topics over this period from speed, coordination and agility, to Individual and combination play as well as working as a team. The coaches have really picked up on how to get the best out of the players in a structured manner while still maintaining to keep the players attention and motivation levels very high all within a really enjoyable environment.
I will be making regular visits to TCU to monitor and implement the next stages of the players development.
You will also be delighted to hear that I have been organizing the timetable of some of the coaching resource staff, who supports the program, so you can take advantage their expertise. In addition, we continue to develop my college network in order to showcase players looking to receive scholarship status.
There has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes from the TCU board, coaches and me to make sure we deliver a program that has your son or daughter as the focal point.
I realize you have a number of clubs from which can choose, and on behalf of everyone connected with Treasure Coast United thank you for your support.
Good luck.
